needed to become a plumber. Although there are no formal entry requirements for our course, all candidates will be asked to sit a pre-entry test to ensure suitability for the course. This will be held at The Plumbing Academy and will take place prior to commencement of the course; any student failing this test will have a full refund of their fees should they not wish to retake.Click here to see example questions for the pre-entry test. Fees
Course Cost: £4,850 plus VAT
Total Cost £5,698.75 (This fee is eligible for a career development loan, see below)
This sum covers registration and examination fees with City & Guilds, use of all tools, plumbing materials and safety overalls.
Plus on successful completion of course:
One year's membership of The Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering.
CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) required before undertaking any work on building sites.
All you will need is writing material and a pair of safety boots to be worn in our workshop.
Payment is due in advance of the commencement of the course.
A deposit of £500 is payable upon booking, refundable only if you fail the pre-entry test.
