The LOGIC Efficiency for Domestic Heating course (run over a single day) has been designed to provide a detailed understanding of the connection between environmental damage and the installation of energy efficient appliances. It gives the student the knowledge and experience required to meet the building regulations for maintaining and installing central heating.
The content of the course will include:
•How energy consumption affects the environment.
•How energy efficiency affects the role of the installer. •Legislation that will force changes.
•Preparation for assessment.
Students will be supplied with a home study pack before the course with a recommended study time of 16 hours before its commencement.
This course is targeted at all approved installers of hot water and hot water heating boilers in domestic premises.
The course cost is £180.70 including study material, registration fees and VAT.
