This 3 day course aims to get you familiar with the layout, content interpretation and application of the BS 7671 (2008) 17th Regulations Edition. No practical work is involved as such; however the course discusses all the practical issues related to Electrical Installation work in its entirety. The IEE On-Site Guide (a more user-friendly condensed package of the Wiring Regulations) will also be introduced and students will appreciate how to use this in conjunction with the BS 7671.

This course’s only requirement is a basic standard of numeracy and literacy. However, as the qualification is primarily aimed at practicing electricians with relevant experience, individual persons without an installation/construction background should seek appropriate qualifications/experience or enquire before undertaking this course.
