This course (run over 5 days) is designed for those who wish to develop the competence to allow them to carry out limited scope electrical installation work in dwellings. It references only those skills necessary to carry out domestic electrical installation work in accordance with the standard circuit arrangements. The students will not be considered to have achieved the recognized competence required to operate as an Electrician.
The course is divided into 8 training modules followed by one full day of assessment.

•Installation theory 1
•Installation theory 2
•Installation theory 3
•Installation practical
•Testing & documentation
The course finishes with an assessment day where candidates complete 7 practical tasks and a written test paper.
There are no specific entry requirements for this course, however it is primarily aimed at competent, qualified trades people who, as part of their job, work on electrical installations in domestic premises.
The course cost is £705 including deposit and VAT.
